Ingredients

Makes enough for one cake

• 3/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

1. Place water and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
