Almond Roca Cookies
1c butter
½ c. white sugar
½ c brown sugar (packed)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
2c. sifted cake flour
8 or 9 milk chocolate bars, melted
1c. toasted sliced almonds
Cram butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour. Mix well. Spread batter in ungreased 10x15 rim cookie pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Spread on melted chocolate. Sprinkle nuts on. Cut in squares while warm.
