CAJUN SAUSAGE & BEANS
Fix It and Forget It/Bethany Weathersby
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into ¼-inch pieces
16 oz. can red beans
16 oz. can tomatoes with chiles
1 c. chopped celery
½ onion, chopped
2 T. Italian seasoning
Tabasco to taste
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice or as a zesty soup.
Notes: This freezes well!
