Guacamole

Guacamole

2 plum tomatoes, diced
½ medium red onion, finely chopped
2 TBSP coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, crushed through a press
½ tsp coarse salt
¼ tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 large ripe avocados, pitted and peeled

Combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, cumin and pepper sauce in a medium bowl. With a fork or potato masher, coarsely mash avocados in a large bowl. Stir in tomato mixture
