Linda's Chicken Salad

Linda's Chicken Salad

1 bunch of red leaf lettuce
1 bunch green leaf lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 1⁄2 lb pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg toasted slivered almonds
1 pkg fresh grated parmesan cheese
1lb bacon cooked and crumbled
4-6 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
Sliced mushrooms
1 pkg craisins

Dressing:

1⁄2 c red onion chopped
1 c sugar
2 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard
1⁄2 c red wine vinegar
1 c vegetable oil
1 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Blend all ingredients for dressing in blender.

Notes: I leave out the mushrooms since most of the family doesn't like them.
