Macaroni & Cheese
1 large bag of macaroni noodles
1 large block of medium cheddar cheese
1 small block of sharp cheddar cheese
1 8oz. sour cream
Boil macaroni noodles in large pan, drain rinse noodles. Put noodles back into large sauce pan, mix grated block of medium cheddar and two large TBSP of sour cream, melt all together.
Pour macaroni into casserole dish sprinkle sharp cheddar on top. Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes (until cheese is melted) then broil for 5-8 mins (cheese is bubbling and starting to brown). Add salt & pepper as desired.
