Mixed greens with mandarin oranges and walnut

1 can (4oz) mandarin orange segments, drained juice reserved.
¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette, Newman’s own
1 bag (5.5 oz) mixed greens
1 can (5 oz) hearts of palm, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup chopped walnuts

Measure 1/4c. of reserved mandarin juice. In a small bowl, whisk together juice and vinaigrette. In a large bowl, toss together salad mix, hearts of palm, and mandarin segments with mandarin dressing.

Divide salad among 4 chilled plates. Compose salad with remaining ingredients.
