Molasses-Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Allow time to marinate meat.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Molasses
2 tablespoons Coarse-grained Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
4 Pork tenderloins, trimmed (3/4 lb)

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and brush over tenderloins. Cover and chill 8 hrs.


Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals about 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160, turning once.

Total Preparation Time: Less than 15 minutes
Actual Cooking Time: 15 to 30 minutes
