Oatmeal Carmelita’s

Crust:
2c. flour
2c. quick oats
1 1/2c. packed brown sugar
1tsp baking soda’1 1/4c. softened butter

Filling:
6oz chocolate chips
1/2c. chopped nuts
12oz jar Carmel ice cream topping
3TBSP flour

Heat oven to 350F grease 13x9 pan. In bowl, mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press ½ mixture into pan-bake 350F for 12 minutes. Sprinkle warm base with chocolate chips & nuts. Combine Carmel & flour. Pour over chocolate chips and nuts. Sprinkle with rest of crumb mixture. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
