Blueberry Sauce

Blueberry Sauce

This sauce tastes great on Buttermilk Waffles.

Ingredients

* 2 cups (two 5-ounce packages) blueberries
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries with sugar and fresh lemon juice. Bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer, and cook until most of the berries have burst, 8 to 10 minutes.
