DUTCH BABIES

4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 T. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix first three ingredients together. Place butter in pan (can use pie pan, 9x13, 11x7) and stick in oven until melted. Pour egg mix into hot pan on top of butter and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes: You can add cinnamon to the batter or sprinkle it on top and/or sprinkle chopped fruit on top of batter before placing in oven,. Serve with maple syrup, warmed juice from the fruit you added, jam, or lemon juice and powdered sugar. Some people call these German pancakes. Call them what you want … they’re so easy and yummy! Very simple to double or halve, depending on what you need.
