Fruit Shrub Cooler

Fruit Shrub Cooler

1 qt orange juice
2 c. pineapple juice
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 pt. orange sherbet

Combine orange, pineapple and lemon juices in a large pitcher. Chill well. Just before serving add sherbet by spoonfuls or pour over scoops of sherbet in individual glasses. Makes about 1 1/2qts without sherbet.
