Easy Chicken & Biscuits

Easy Chicken & Biscuits

Bake: 30 minutes
Serves: 5


Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 cups cooked cut-up vegetables *
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 pkg. (about 7 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuit

Directions:

MIX soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in 3-quart shallow baking dish.

BAKE at 400°F. for 15 minutes. Stir.

CUT each biscuit into quarters.

ARRANGE cut biscuits over chicken mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden.

TIP: *Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, cauliflower flowerets and carrots.
