Crock-Pot Oatmeal

Crock-Pot Oatmeal

1 cup Steel-cut oats
3 cups water
1 cup milk (soy, rice, regular, fat-free. It doesn't matter.)

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low for 6-9 hours. Perfect to start before bed and have hot for breakfast.
Makes 3-4 servings.
