Sour cream coffee Cake
Cream:
1/2c. shortening
3/4c. sugar
Beat and add 3 eggs
Add:
2c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
½ pint sour cream
Beat well
Topping:
(mix well)
6 TBSP soft butter
1c. brown sugar
3 TBSP flour
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1/2c. nuts (optional)
Grease 10” bundt pan
Bake 350F-40 min
Cool 10 min-remove from pan
